DESIGN CONSULTATION

After a preliminary conversation either in the boutique or over the phone, Katie Micciolo will schedule an in-home consultation. She has developed a questionnaire to help you communicate your wishes and needs. Your issues could be addressed in one meeting or require a number of meetings based on the range of work. She works for an hourly rate or for a prearranged fee.

PLANS & PRESENTATION BOARDS

Based on the initial consultation, plans and/or presentation boards may be developed. These boards could provide the visual coordination of paint color, window treatments, upholstery, accents and furniture placement of new or existing pieces. If the project includes remodeling services, construction plans could provide extensive specifications based on the scope of the project.

MANAGEMENT

Katie is committed to overseeing your project whether it is the fabrication and installation of one window treatment or the decoration of an entire home.

Katie has worked on various remodeling projects for 17 years with her husband Tony Micciolo. Katie is extremely knowledgeable in the area of construction, and finishes such as hardware, cabinetry, flooring, counter surfaces, and lighting. She is quite comfortable working with builders, contractors and do-it yourselfers!
